Q: Can i get a sample before mass production?
A: Of course. The normal production progress is that we will make pre-production sample for your quality evaluation. Mass production will be started after we get your confirmation on this sample.
Q: How long can I get this sample?
A: After receiving sample charge and all the material & design being confirmed, sample time is 5-7 days
and Express delivery usually costs around 3-5 days.
Q: Can the sample charge be refundable?
A: Yes, normally sample charge will be refunded when you repeat an order.
